Referral Agents of Texas is a Limited Function Referral Only Brokerage. Our agents do not pay local, state, or national association dues. There are no MLS fees and no keycard rentals. You do not have to buy signs and keyboxes. There are no membership dues, franchise fees, or office/desk fees. Our agents get paid a 20 percent referral fee for referrals. Sound too good to be true? It isn’t!
